No lesson, no book, no homework. You talk for half an hour with Ursula, in English, at your pace. She worked for thirty years with people who were starting over: in care, at the town council and in the neighbourhood.

You pick the subject, or she starts with a question. Afterwards you get a few words and sentences from your conversation.

Ursula is not a therapist. This is a conversation, not treatment.

Thirty years of working with people, in care, at the town council and in the neighbourhood. She is Dutch, so she learned English as a second language herself.

Questions people ask

Is this an English lesson?

No. You get no grammar and no homework. You talk for half an hour and you get a few words afterwards. If you do want lessons, look at the private lessons with Lucas.

My English is still bad. Can I do this?

Yes. Ursula speaks calmly and repeats. If you get stuck, she waits. You do not have to prepare anything.

Is Ursula a native speaker?

No, she is Dutch. She learned English the way you are learning it, so she speaks at a pace you can follow and she knows where people get stuck.

What do you talk about?

Whatever you want. Your work, your family, your street, something you read, or simply your week.

Is this therapy or care?

No. Ursula is not a therapist. She talks with you from her work and her life. If you need a professional, she says so plainly.

How do I book a talk?

You pay and the calendar opens right away. There you pick your own day and time.

Can I stop?

Yes. There is no subscription. You pay per talk or per package, and then you decide again.
